• Clean up your gaming station after use
• Do not install unauthorized software

3. Membership and Payments

Membership Terms

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Monthly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation requires 30 days written notice
• Membership benefits are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to modify membership terms with notice

Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in advance
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Returned payments incur additional fees
• Price changes require 30 days notice

4. Age Requirements and Supervision

• Members under 18 require parental consent
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
• Parents are responsible for their children's conduct
• Age verification may be required for certain services
• Mature-rated games have age restrictions

5. Tournaments and Competitions

Participation

• Tournament rules are provided separately for each event
• Entry fees are non-refundable
• Participants must follow fair play guidelines
• Cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct results in disqualification
• Prize distribution is subject to tournament completion

Streaming and Recording

• Tournaments may be streamed or recorded
• Participation constitutes consent to be filmed

• Personal streaming during tournaments requires approval

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Upon termination:

• Access to facilities immediately ceases
• Outstanding fees remain due

• No refunds for unused services

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, power outages, or internet service disruptions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
